This Privacy Policy explains how CRACKIA LLC, which operates CPH Insights (cphinsights.com), handles the personal information of visitors in Canada, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for residents of Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
1. Accountability
CRACKIA LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9564, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA, is responsible for the personal information under its control. The person in charge of the protection of personal information (our Privacy Officer) is Alejandro Pavon Perez, Privacy Officer, who can be reached at [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Officer”.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, income or family circumstances) and we do not use it for advertising. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Consent
We use analytics and advertising technologies on the basis of your implied consent, after explaining them in this policy, as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner allows for online advertising that does not use sensitive information. You can opt out at any time, and your choice takes effect immediately: turn off personalized Google ads in My Ad Center, use the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada opt-out tool, block cookies in your browser, or write to our Privacy Officer.
Residents of Quebec: you may refuse any technology that profiles you by using the tools above or by contacting our Privacy Officer, and we will apply your choice.
4. Job alert emails
On our job openings page you can give us your email address (required) and your name (optional) to receive job alert emails: messages about job openings and our guides on how to apply, related to the employer you chose and your area. After you sign up, we take you to our guide for that employer.
Under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send these emails only with your express consent. You give it by tapping “See job openings” under a notice that names us as the sender, CPH Insights (CRACKIA LLC), with our mailing address and email, and tells you that you can unsubscribe at any time. Every email identifies us in the same way and includes an unsubscribe link. We stop sending you emails as soon as possible, and no later than 10 business days after you unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by writing to [email protected].
We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep proof of your consent and of your unsubscribe for up to 3 years, only to show that we followed the law. We do not sell or share your email address or our email list; our email provider only processes it on our behalf. Our job guide pages also use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns, as explained in sections 2 and 3.
