DHL Jobs in the USA 2026: Warehouse, Forklift and Courier Roles and How to Apply

October 22, 2026

Most DHL jobs listed in the United States in 2026 are warehouse jobs. On October 22, 2026, 1,260 of the 1,546 U.S. listings on DHL’s careers site belonged to DHL Supply Chain, which runs warehouses for client companies, and 337 listings had the same title: Forklift Operator. DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding post most of the remaining hourly work, including hub, dock and courier jobs.

DHL Group had 54,069 employees in the U.S. at December 31, 2025, according to its 2025 annual report, which makes the U.S. its second-largest country by headcount after Germany. Listings change daily, so the counts in this guide are a snapshot from October 22, 2026.

All DHL divisions publish their U.S. openings on the official DHL careers site, where you can filter by state, city and division. Use the button below to see the current U.S. listings and apply directly on DHL’s site.

Which DHL divisions hire hourly workers in the U.S.

DHL is a brand used by several divisions of DHL Group, and each one hires for its own facilities. The table shows what a U.S. search on the careers site returned on October 22, 2026.

Division U.S. listings Typical hourly roles Where the work is
DHL Supply Chain 1,260 Forklift operator, order filler picker, material handler, tasker, inventory clerk, yard driver Warehouses run for client companies

DHL Supply Chain North America had 52,000 associates across the U.S. and Canada when DHL named a new regional CEO on June 20, 2025. In March 2026, DHL announced 10 data center logistics sites with more than 7 million square feet in North America, set to go live during 2026, and on October 22, 2026, 17 U.S. listings had “Data Center Logistics” in the title.

Who employs DHL delivery drivers

DHL eCommerce does not deliver parcels to homes in the U.S. Its May 28, 2026, announcement says it handles pickup, sorting in 19 automated hubs and linehaul, then hands every parcel to the U.S. Postal Service for the final mile. The carrier who brings a DHL eCommerce parcel to your door works for USPS, not DHL.

DHL Express employs its own couriers. Its U.S. driver listings name DHL Express (USA), Inc. as the employer, and on October 22, 2026, they included part-time couriers and drivers in Newburgh and Brooklyn, New York, and a casual driver role requiring a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in Syracuse.

How U.S. listings appear on careers.dhl.com

The careers link on DHL’s U.S. website leads to careers.dhl.com, DHL’s careers site for the Americas. A search filtered to the United States shows each listing’s city, state, division and schedule. On October 22, 2026, 1,491 U.S. listings were full-time, 37 part-time and 16 temporary, and 988 were at the “operatives” level, the site’s term for frontline jobs.

The Apply button leads to different systems. DHL Supply Chain hourly listings open a talentReef form on jobappnetwork.com, while Express and Global Forwarding listings continue on DHL Group’s Avature portal at dpdhlgroup.avature.net. Supply Chain postings usually put the shift, days and pay in the first lines.

DHL Supply Chain warehouse jobs

According to the postings, forklift operators load, unload and stage product with stand-up, sit-down or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Order filler pickers pull and pack customer orders, material handlers move stock, and inventory control clerks and cycle counters keep counts accurate. Tasker, non-DOT yard driver, sanitation and building maintenance listings also appear.

Each site sets its own shifts. A forklift listing in Fort Worth, Texas, runs from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, while one in Salt Lake City runs from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Several sites add a shift differential for nights.

DHL Express hub, dock and courier jobs

DHL Express hires ramp and warehouse agents at its hub in Erlanger, Kentucky, at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport (CVG), which DHL Group’s annual report calls its global hub in Cincinnati. Erlanger had 47 listings on October 22, 2026, and hub listings name DHL Network Operations (USA), Inc. as the employer. Another listing recruits for a new DHL hub at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where shifts include weekends and holidays.

At service centers, part-time dockworkers sort, pack, palletize and load shipments and may drive a forklift. Dockworker listings were open in Indianapolis, Coppell in Texas, Franklin Park in Illinois and several California cities, including Long Beach, Sunnyvale and Fremont.

Requirements listed in U.S. postings

Hub and dockworker listings require applicants to be at least 18, and courier listings require 21. Ramp agents must qualify for an airport security badge and customs clearance and pass a drug screen. Couriers need a valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record that meets DHL’s standards, and they must pass background, drug and medical screening. Express roles involve lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally.

Supply Chain forklift postings ask for six months of forklift experience plus a forklift certificate, or completion of a training program within the first 30 days. Some sites ask for more: the Fort Worth listing requires one year on a Crown stand-up forklift. A high school diploma is usually listed as preferred.

How to apply for DHL jobs step by step

  1. Open the official DHL careers site with the button on this page; the search is already filtered to the United States.
  2. Filter by state or city, or type a title such as Forklift Operator or Dockworker.
  3. Open the listing and note the division, shift, days and pay rate shown.
  4. Click Apply and complete the form on talentReef for Supply Chain or Avature for Express and Global Forwarding.
  5. Answer calls and emails, because the Erlanger listing says the DHL Express Recruiting Center contacts applicants to schedule an interview and drug screen.
  6. Complete the background checks and onboarding paperwork before your first shift.

DHL’s careers site describes a general sequence of online application, telephone interview, personal interview and onboarding, with an assessment center for some positions, and notes that the steps vary by role and location.

DHL pay: rates posted on U.S. listings

DHL does not publish a single U.S. pay rate. Each listing shows its own rate depending on site, role and shift. These examples come from listings checked on October 22, 2026, and describe those postings only.

Role Location Division Pay shown on the listing
Forklift Operator Fort Worth, TX Supply Chain $20.00 an hour
Forklift Operator Whiteland, IN Supply Chain $20.50 plus $1.00 shift differential
Forklift Operator Waddell, AZ Supply Chain $21.35 plus $1.50 shift differential
Forklift Operator Salt Lake City, UT Supply Chain $21.00 an hour
Tasker Green Bay, WI Supply Chain $22.25, plus $2.00 to $3.00 on night shifts
Ramp & Sort Warehouse Agent Atlanta, GA Express $20.00 starting
PT Courier Newburgh, NY Express $22.25 an hour
Casual Driver (CDL required) Syracuse, NY Express $31.37 an hour

Some listings say pay is set by contract. A Global Forwarding warehouse listing in Laredo, Texas, states that its wages, schedules and overtime are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Benefits listed on U.S. postings

  • Supply Chain: medical, dental and vision coverage from the 30th day, paid time off including holidays and vacation, a 401(k) with company match and tuition reimbursement.
  • Express: a 401(k) with company match, medical, dental and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off starting at four weeks for part-time and full-time staff, and an employee discount program.
  • Some Supply Chain sites add monthly performance and safety bonuses for full-time employees, as the Salt Lake City listing does.

Interview tips and common mistakes

Be specific about equipment. Name the forklift types you have used, such as stand-up, sit-down, reach or clamp trucks, and any warehouse management system, because postings list them. For courier roles, be ready to talk about your driving record and how you handle tight delivery windows.

A common mistake is applying for a shift you cannot keep, since many Supply Chain listings are for one fixed shift on set days. Another is missing the call from DHL’s recruiting team to book the interview and drug screen.

How to avoid DHL recruitment scams

DHL’s U.S. fraud awareness page warns that people have posed as DHL recruiters and asked job seekers to pay, for example for TSA background checks or administration costs, or to share Social Security numbers. DHL states that it does not ask potential recruits to pay any money to apply, to process background checks or for any other service, and that recruiters working on its behalf may not charge applicants.

Applying is free, and DHL recommends finding open positions through its careers website. If someone offers a DHL job by text or social media, check that the listing exists on careers.dhl.com before sharing any documents.
